  1. P/L Yuan mode EM18
  2. CL Yuan points in any order
    • For GV use SI3 and for CV use Lu7
  3. I/C rub point/s for 30 seconds and P/L
  4. Hold the Yuan point for 5-10 minutes or wait until a pulse is felt (hold Yuan’s bilaterally where appropriate)
  5. Continue and repeat procedure until there is no I/C on any Yuan
