Kinesiology goals for balances, linked to the TCM Five Elements

A Goal is a verbal statement defining what we are working towards (these are most common).

The purpose of goal balancing is to:

define what we want to achieve in the kinesiology session
activate or bring ’on line’ the relevant stress patterns that are to be addressed
free stagnant energy and focus the appropriate energy needed to achieve our goal.

Alternatively, an Issue is the visualisation, or a feeling about a particular situation that represents what we are working towards.
