Kinesiology goals for balances, linked to the TCM Five Elements
A Goal is a verbal statement defining what we are working towards (these are most common).
The purpose of goal balancing is to:
- define what we want to achieve in the kinesiology session
- activate or bring βon lineβ the relevant stress patterns that are to be addressed
- free stagnant energy and focus the appropriate energy needed to achieve our goal.
Alternatively, an Issue is the visualisation, or a feeling about a particular situation that represents what we are working towards.
