Kinesiology goals for balances, linked to the TCM Five Elements

A Goal is a verbal statement defining what we are working towards (these are most common).

The purpose of goal balancing is to:

  • define what we want to achieve in the kinesiology session
  • activate or bring ’on line’ the relevant stress patterns that are to be addressed
  • free stagnant energy and focus the appropriate energy needed to achieve our goal.

Alternatively, an Issue is the visualisation, or a feeling about a particular situation that represents what we are working towards.
