Five Element Sound

The 5 element sounds relate to how we express ourselves in life. In balance we naturally express all sounds and expression of sound directly affects the flow of Qi. For example, shouting makes Qi flow upwards in the body. In certain circumstances we may not have had the confidence, permission or opportunity to express what we may have needed to. Expressing this sound will help Qi flow harmoniously and releases built up stress and tension.

To correct, verbally challenge which sound (or element) is priority, then have the client make this sound while ESR points are held. If this is very difficult for them, you may need to begin with having them hear it, or help them by making the sound with them. There can sometimes be a strong release of emotion associated with this techniq
