Assess where headaches originating
- Which channel?
- Is the neck involved?
Assess whether deficient or excess style headaches
- Deficient: dull, worse with fatigue
- Excess: sharp or exploding or cramping or severe, worse with stress
Activation
Activate and palpate associated channel/s If neck involved:
- Activate pelvic stress
- Sacrospinalis, neck muscles, levator scapulae
- Cranial pelvic reflexes
- Check for Metal or Water issues
If deficient address fatigue more than the headache – see Fatigue Balance
If excess style headaches you need to address underlying psychological patterns – usually client is stuck/repressed with regard to the channel’s emotional patterns associated with the headache.

Homeopathic Remedies for Headaches
Arnica 30C: Headaches resulting from head trauma. Bruising to head.
Belladonna 30C: Right-sided headaches. Migraine. Throbbing pain. Hot, red skin but cold feet and hands.
Bryonia 30C: Pain near or over left eye. Pulsating headaches. Headache worse for noise and movement.
Cocculus Indicus 30C: Headaches or migraine for worry and anxiety or insomnia. Headache with dizziness, nausea, vomiting.
