Neurolymphatics (Mode Ly1-2)

  1. Rub the NL for 1-2 minutes

NB: all NLs are bilateral with the exception of Stomach, Spleen, and Liver.

  • CV anterior: Junction of shoulder and chest below coracoid process, posterior: transverse process of C1
  • GV anterior: between 2nd/3rd rib, 2/3 from sternum to coracoid process, posterior laminae of T3 (2.5cm lateral to midline)
  • LU anterior: between 3rd/4th ribs next to sternum, posterior: 2cm lateral to midline between T3/T4
  • LI anterior: anterolateral from hip to knee, posterior: region between L1, L4 & PSIS
  • ST anterior: medial 1/2 of 5th rib space on the left side (though occasionally on right too), posterior: 2cm lateral to midline between T6/T7 on the left side only
  • SP anterior: rib/cartilage junction approx. 9cm from midline between 7th/8th ribs on the left side only, posterior: 2cm lateral to midline between T7/T8 on the left side only
  • HT anterior: between 2nd/3rd ribs next to the sternum, posterior: 2cm lateral to midline between T2/T3
  • SI anterior: all along the anterior inferior costal border or costochondral junction of the 8th-12th ribs, posterior: 2cm lateral to midline from T8-T11
  • BL anterior: 2cm from midline 2cm superior to the pubic symphysis, posterior: transverse process of L2
  • KI anterior: 2cm from midline 2cm superior to the umbilicus (CV8), posterior: 2cm from midline between T12/L1
  • PC anterior: superior border of the pubis, posterior: between L5 and posterior superior iliac spine
  • SJ (adrenals) anterior: 2cm lateral and 5cm superior to umbilicus (CV8), posterior: 2cm from midline at T11/T12
  • GB anterior: between 3rd/4th ribs next to the sternum, posterior: 2cm from midline between T3/T4
  • LV anterior: medial 1/2 of space between 5th/6th ribs on the right only (occasionally on left), posterior: between T5/T6 on the right only (occasionally on left)
