Meridian Massage
A Meridian Massage can bring up the body’s energy and give the spirits a lift too. It can be done standing with all the clothes on and it is usual to start with the Central and Governing zip ups. You do not have to touch the body, however within 5cm (2") of the body is best. Use both hands to run the right and left sides simultaneously. (See Channel diagrams on following pages)
