Meditation
WHITE TIGER Meditation: Stand, feet hip distance apart, hands by your body side, facing inwardly, (or imagine if doing this with a client).
Imagine you are standing on the earth in the early autumn. Before you is a pure white tiger, the tiger is white as new snow. The presence of this white tiger will assist you with purification and descending your energy to your core. Bring your focus on your breath and breathe deeply into your body. Bring your focus to the areas of GENG. This includes the respiratory system, your lungs and heart, the area around your naval including the large intestine. It also includes the skin and your immune system. As you slowly breathe in and out begin to focus on the element relationship and how you can incorporate them into today. This includes balancing the judgment you place on yourself and others. Staying sensitive yet powerful and detached from thoughts and feelings that have nothing to do with you. As you breathe imagine grabbing the earth with your toes and meeting the heaven with Gv20.
This visualization should take at least 5 minutes, however can be done for longer period.
