Meditation
RED BIRD Meditation: Stand, feet hip distance apart, hands by your side, facing south. (Or imagine if doing this with a client).
Imagine you are standing on the earth in early summer and from the blazing sun above you, emerges a red bird. The bird flies free and as he passes you, instantly your energy is uplifted. Bring your focus on your breath and breathe deeply into your body. Bring your focus to the areas of BING. This includes your small intestine and lower digestive track. Bring your focus to your shoulders and your eyes. If you are prone to frontal headaches bring your attention to your forehead. As you slowly breathe in and out begin to focus on the element relationship and how you can incorporate them into today. This includes bringing more passion and excitement into your day. As you breathe imagine grabbing the earth with your toes and meeting the heaven with Gv20.
This visualization should take at least 5 minutes, however can be done for longer period.
