Meditation

GREEN DRAGON Meditation: Stand, feet hip distance apart, hands by your side, facing east. (Or imagine if doing this with a client). Imagine you are standing on the earth in middle spring and before you is a great green dragon. Immense energy is beaming from this beast. The presence of this dragon will bring new transformation into your life. Bring your focus on your breath and breathe deeply into your body. Bring your focus to the areas of YI. This includes the liver on the right side of your body, the muscles of the neck and ligaments anywhere in your body. Now direct your attention to your wrists and fingers. As you slowly breathe in and out begin to focus on the element relationship and how you can incorporate them into today. This includes having strength and flexibility when dealing with others and yet showing compassion as well. As you breathe imagine grabbing the earth with your toes and meeting the heaven with Gv20.

This visualization should take at least 5 minutes, however can be done for longer period.
