Meditation
GREEN DRAGON Meditation: Stand, feet hips distance apart, hands by your side, facing east. (or imagine if doing this with a client).
Imagine you are standing on the earth in early spring and before you is a great green dragon. Immense energy is beaming from this beast. The presence of this dragon will bring new transformation into your life. Bring your focus on your breath and breathe deeply into your body. Bring your focus to the areas of JIA. This includes the region around your throat especially the thyroid, the gall bladder that sits beneath your ribs on the right side. Bring your attention to your ankles.
As you slowly breathe in and out begin to focus on the element relationship and how you can incorporate them into today. This includes being direct and straight in your dealings with others. As you breathe imagine grabbing the earth with your toes and meeting the heaven with Gv20.
This visualization should take at least 5 minutes, however can be done for longer period.
